It was a tough year for James, who explained last month that his waistline was damaged by the coronavirus pandemic, with his weight ballooning to 104 kilos.
The star told The Daily Telegraph, ‘I went from 95kg to 104kg in the first six weeks of ISO, to be honest.’
“The chicken burgers and kebabs were my favourite snacks. Every day, and a glass or two of wine every other day, I will take pleasure in a bowl of ice cream.’

‘My daughter Scout was also beginning to follow me down the road of unhealthy eating habits and not getting a lot of exercises,’ James added.
Back on track: James made a list of things he can and can not consume to get back in shape, based on a nutritionist’s recommendations, and made sure to exercise once a day.
The star claims that when his lifestyle started impacting his family, he finally agreed enough is enough.
‘It was when my mom, Sarah, was able to warn me that I was waking up heavier and without my normal zest for life,’ he said to the paper.
‘And my daughter Scout was now beginning to accompany me down the road of unhealthy eating patterns and not getting a lot of exercises,’ he said.
