Home and Away star Ethan Browne secretly marks a small milestone-and his castmates don’t let it slip by unnoticed.
The actor who plays Tane Parata in the hit Aussie soap turned 29, and Instagram and his co-stars are rife with wishing him the best … And a few cheeky in-between jabs.
At the beginning of 2020, the Kiwi-born lad joined Home & Away’s line-up and soon made an impact on the loyal audience of the show.
Browne is no stranger to the very sparkling bright limelight reserved for the stars of Australia’s favourite soap, currently with a sizeable 36,000 followers on Instagram (which is growing rapidly, we may add).
Which is why when he celebrated his birthday on Wednesday, fans were all the more thrilled-not least because a bunch of his co-stars thought that it would be a prime opportunity to share some candid snaps of the actor
With the birthday boy and fellow actor Rob Kipa-Williams, Kawakawa Fox-Reo, who plays Ethan’s on-screen nephew, Nikau, shared a striking snap from his unforgettable haka scene.
At his slightly older age, the young actor wrote in a sneaky joke, “Rā whānau, Uncle 45, never looked so good x.”
For the record, Ethan certainly won’t turn 45 today, unless he’s very good at hiding it …
Meanwhile, to celebrate his special day, fellow Home & Away crew member Laura Vazquez, who works in the makeup department, also shared Ethan’s behind-the-scenes shot.
“She said,” Ooooh Celebrating Dragon Ball Birthday boy @atlas today. Let the party start.
With many posting candid snaps of their time on set together, the Home and Away cast are undeniably near.
Back in August, as he, Rob, Kawakawa, Emily Weir and Courtney Ally went filming in the Blue Mountains, the birthday boy himself shared a set of candid professional pictures from one of their off-location filming days.
It’s uncertain whether he’s going to be shooting scenes today on his actual birthday, but with the above in mind, we’re pretty sure he’s going to feel the love either way from his Summer Bay family.
Ethan, happy birthday!
