After returning to his criminal manners, Home and Away’s Tane Parata gets caught out next week.
When Ziggy catches him using the building to stash a stolen van, Tane’s new job working at the garage gets off to an eventful start.
The bad boy’s dodgy move sees him store the van full of stolen goods in the garage overnight while he waits for it to move on. When his criminal contacts go quiet, however, he is soon left in a major dilemma.
When his colleague Ziggy Astoni interviews Tane (Ethan Browne) about the vehicle, he realizes that it belongs to a customer who has failed to pick it up again.
Tane, who buys him some more time to arrange an alternative pick-up, believes Ziggy (Sophie Dillman). Unfortunately for Tane, when Ziggy comes back to the garage after dark and overhears him making an incriminating phone call, everything goes wrong.
Ziggy is mortified about the situation, as by giving Tane the job in the first place, she had taken a big risk.
She’s also aware that while Justin Morgan steps back to focus on his health, she is supposed to be taking good care of the garage.
Ziggy forces Tane to move the van to the Astoni farm to take control of the situation to avoid disregarding the garage.
Tane is grateful for the unexpected support of Ziggy, but still has no idea how he can get rid of the stolen goods by moving the van. Are his illegal actions going to come back to bite him?
